DOG lovers could land themselves a £100,000 dream job and get to travel the world for free – just for looking after two pooches.
A billionaire family is currently looking for a dog nanny and are willing to pay the hefty “unheard of” salary.

Applications are pouring in for the enviable job although the listing does state they are looking for an “exceptional and highly experienced” worker to provide “unparalleled care and attention” to the large dogs.
The full-time nanny would be expected to live in with the family in their central London home in Knightsbridge.
One of the perks though is that you would get to jet off with the furry friends wherever the American billionaires go.
Duties for the successful applicant include organising playdates with other dogs, overseeing all vet appointments as well as health check-ups and vaccinations and keeping detailed health records.
The job seeker must also have knowledge of dog nutrition so they can develop a “personalised exercise regime” and be aware of how to administer any medication and be able to recognise the signs of illness or distress in the pets.
Working hours would be irregular though which would include evenings, weekends and holidays.
George Ralph-Dunn of Fairfax and Kensington recruitment agency, who are recruiting the nanny on their client’s behalf, said the giant £100,000 salary is “unheard of” in the industry.
However the nanny would be expected to “drop everything” and “leave their private lives on the backburner” so they can put the dogs’ well-being first.
The dog nanny would also be expected to “implement stringent security measures” in order to keep the dogs safe in what is described as a “high-profile environment”.
While the job offer is still open the recruiter has already received more than 300 applications so far and the firm intends to whittle down the hopefuls before carrying out security and background checks as well has trials with the family.
George said: “With these jobs the clients are looking for someone yesterday and we’ve already had between 300 and 400 applications. Everyone’s suddenly a dog nanny.
“The perfect person would be not too big of a character and be good at blending into the background then popping out when required.
“The clients are billionaires looking for best-in-class service so when it comes to their dogs they’re happy to pay.
“This is the first role we’ve offered of its kind. The salary connected to it is pretty unheard of. Even as a vet you’d be struggling to earn that amount of money.
“When money is no object people want the best and you attract the best with the best salary.
“There’s six weeks off per year but when you’re dealing with these sorts of clients, if they want to go to Monaco tomorrow you’d be on a private jet flying with those dogs.
“You really do need to drop everything and be there when they call and leave your private life on the backburner.”
George said he was unable to give any details about the dogs or the clients but added he hoped to finish the recruitment process by the end of the month.
