A MOTORIST has slammed his neighbour after secret footage revealed a parking debacle on their street.

The shocking video shows his neighbour trying to pinch a parking spot but in turn made himself look like a mug.

Footage from a home CCTV provided a street view of the parking fiasco in a suburb in the US.

TikTok user @Johnmoreno1930 is seen lining up a parallel park, but then his neighbour swoops in trying to pull an immediate U-turn to snag the spot.

The greedy neighbour bowls over rubbish bins in the process and has to get out and pick them up.

In the meantime, the man reverses in nonchalantly and parks right up next to his grill to rub salt in the wound.

His TikTok caption was labelled: “He doesn’t like us parking there.”

The video has been viewed more than 5000 times.

Viewers were quick to comment with their own frustrations about sharing street parking with neighbours.

“Nice, you sure showed him you know how to park,” one viewer said.

“My neighbour only has two cars and he chooses to park on the street instead of his driveway just so that we won’t park on the street,” another said.

“I always feel bad for unhappy people who think the street in front of their home is theirs,” a woman said.

Heated parking wars have trended on social media, one driver showed their neighbour being petty and blocking a cul-de-sac.

Another two motorists went to war over the last parking space in a busy car park.

One resident was furious that parents park on their lawn when dropping of their kids to school.
