They will demand a Premier League record fee — in excess of the £106m Chelsea paid Benfica for Argentina World Cup winner Enzo Fernandez.

Rice, 24, led the Irons to their first major European trophy since 1965 last Wednesday as they beat Fiorentina 2-1 to win the Europa Conference League.

More than 70,000 fans lined the streets of East London on Thursday evening to hail their heroes on their open-top bus victory parade.

That is believed to have been Rice’s final farewell with Arsenal expected to bid for the midfielder in the coming days, while both Manchester United and Bayern Munich could follow.

We then revealed how the ace has his heart set on a move to Arsenal –  with West Ham are believed to be interested in the idea of a deal involving Emile Smith Rowe moving the opposite way.

Now fans are convinced that it will be destination Emirates after photos emerged of Rice arriving at St. George’s Park for England duty today.

Arsenal stars Bukayo Saka and goalie Aaron Ramsdale were two of the first to warmly greet him at the Three Lions camp.

And those images sent supporters into meltdown on Twitter.
