Rodri sunk the third-placed Serie A side 1-0 in Istanbul after City won the Premier League and FA Cup.
And crying, croaky-voiced Grealish was more emotional than anyone after Pep Guardiola‘s men survived heartstopping late moments in their own penalty area.
He thanked Guardiola for keeping faith in him after he was “cr*p” last season.
And the England ace underlined the spirit in City’s squad as he praised the club’s staff.
Grealish told BT Sport: “This is what you work your whole life for, isn’t it.
“I’m so happy, man. I played so… today. I was awful.
“To win the Treble with this group of players, with this staff, is so special, man.”
The £100million ex-Aston Villa skipper added: “Anyone who knows me knows how much of a family person I am and how much I love football and stuff.

“This is what I’ve worked for my whole life.”
He was especially touched to share the triumph with his family.
Grealish said: “You think about all the people that have helped you.
“Seeing my family in the crowd there makes me so emotional.”
And he revealed how he sought out Guardiola at the end.
Grealish said of the Spanish boss: “He’s just a genius, isn’t he.
“I just told him, ‘I want to thank you. You’ve made this happen for me, putting so much faith in me, buying me for a lot of money’.
“Even last year when I was playing cr*p he stayed there with me and spoke to me.
“And this year he’s given me that platform to go and perform and so I thanked him.”
