KYOGO FURUHASHI is a man at the centre of transfer saga as fans wonder if he will have a new team at the start of next season.

It’s a surprise new look

Kyogo turned heads with his TV appearance

But whatever happens for next season, it appears that the Hoops talisman is determined to have a fresh new look for the new campaign.

That’s because he appeared on Japanese TV overnight sporting a striking new haircut.

Hoops fan and content creator Yatao wrote on social media: “New hairstyle of Kyogo who appeared on TV show at 6am today”.

Celtic’s talisman has sported various styles during his time in Scottish football, including a striking blonde look.

But now he appears to have gone back to his natural darker colour, with more volume and a fringe.

It remains to be seen whether he will be sporting his new look in Glasgow or in London next season – or elsewhere.

The star finished the season on a high, scoring in the cup final to end on a whopping 34 goals in 53 appearances as he finished the campaign as Scotland’s top scorer.

And that was enough to earn him a recall for the national team – alongside Hoops pals Daizen Maeda and Reo Hatate.

Japan take on El Salvador at Toyota Stadium in Aichi Prefecture on June 15, with a match against Peru to follow five days later at Panasonic Stadium Suita in Osaka Prefecture.

Kyogo has been capped 16 times for the national team after making his debut in 2019 against Venezuela.

The friendlies follow the Samurai Blue’s first post-World Cup matches in March — a 1-1 draw against Uruguay and a 2-1 loss to Colombia.
