Both Mötley Crüe and Def Leppard already have behind them a string of shows played across North America over the last 12 months, the duo selling 1.3 million tickets to their 2022 North American tour.
Fans were waiting patiently for the announcement, getting whiff of an impending Mötley Crüe tour announcement in December last year.
At the time, Crüe bassist Nikki Sixx took to Twitter to share with fans that 2023 would include “some more US shows-Latin America-Europe UK-Japan and Australia…”
Tickets to the Australian shows go on sale on Thursday, June 8 at 11am for Brisbane and Melbourne, and 12pm for Sydney.
