While Ibiza is already well-known for its party scene, its title just became even more official after one of its nightclubs was named the best in the world.
In a poll by the monthly music magazine, DJ Mag, Hï Ibiza was crowned the best nightclub in the world for the second year in a row.
The nightclub is found at the famous Playa d’en Bossa strip, just outside Ibiza Old Town and also home to the longest beaches in Ibiza.
The Ibiza institution was first opened in 2017 by Ushuaïa Entertainment, a global entertainment company.
Inside the club, there’s a dancefloor surrounded by a terrace with a VIP area.
There are also lasers, confetti, LED screens, state-of-the-art sound systems, and white light displays.
As well as the main theatre room, there’s also the Club Room and the Wild Corner, which both have their own DJs, lights, and vivid illuminations.
Outside there’s a Secret Garden area where guests can cool off and a VIP terrace area that has its own private bar.
Bands and DJs such as David Guetta presents Future Rave, Black Coffee, and The Martinez Brothers will be playing at the club this year.
Yann Pissenem, boss of Ushuaïa Entertainment and The Night League said: “For the second year in a row, myself and the whole team are completely blown away that Hï Ibiza has been voted #1 Club in the World in this prestigious poll.
“We feel blessed and honoured that our relentless hard work has been well and truly recognised.”
In recent years, music lovers have been raving about the venue on TripAdvisor.
One person wrote: “Partying at Hï was an absolute dream. The experience exceeded our expectations with impressive audio quality, very good visuals, and above all incredible DJs. The club was a bit expensive but in the end worth it.”
While another added: “It was a super experience with a lot of different areas including gardens and three dance floors.”
