A CURRENT Manchester United star has revealed that Cristiano Ronaldo is the player that he has learned most from.
The Portuguese legend left Juventus in 2021 to make his return to Old Trafford after originally leaving the Red Devils for Real Madrid in 2009.

He was at United for just one-and-a-half seasons before his explosive interview with Piers Morgan led to his contract being terminated and resulted in him making a move to join Saudi Arabian club Al-Nassr for around £173m-a-year.
During his near-decade at the Bernabeu, he had French World Cup winner Raphael Varane as a team-mate for seven years.
They both played key roles as Real won the Champions League for three-straight years from 2016 as well as two LaLiga titles.
Varane and Ronaldo then briefly reunited in the Premier League at United as the 30-year-old defender arrived at the club just weeks before Ronaldo’s return.
Now the star has revealed that it was the forward’s work ethics that had the biggest impact on himself when quizzed about his time in Spain.
Speaking to BT Sport, Varane said: “Who at Madrid did I learn from the most?
“It’s difficult, but maybe Ronaldo. He cares about every detail.
“His motivation was huge for every training and game. He always wants more.”
