The cameras picked up the Swede sitting in the stand at the Excelsior – and Crocker said he was there supporting his partner, Jacynta.
Speaking at the media day for the PFA Scotland player of the year awards, the 21-year-old Australian said: “I think that the TV stations need to focus on the football and not my personal life.
“I don’t think my personal life is anything to do with the game and it did not need to be mentioned.
“It shouldn’t be everyone’s concern what I am doing in my personal life.
“I want people to come along and help promote the women’s game rather than worrying about what I am doing away from the pitch.
“If you ask anyone who knows me, I am a very private person.
“I would love people to come to the games to offer their support but not to pry into things that are of my own concern.”
Jacynta, who was last year’s PFA Scotland young player of the year, has again been nominated in that category.
She is also one of three Celtic players in the running for the player of the year award – Rangers winger Brogan Hay being the other in the quartet.
Jacynta’s links to her current club run back to her football roots growing up in Australia.
Her brother Jeremiah was COACHED by none other than mens’ team boss Ange Postecoglou as a youngster.
And despite her talents being spotted at her big brother’s training sessions, her path never crossed with Postecoglou until both pitched up at Lennoxtown.
She explained: “He coached my brother when he was 15 in the academy in Victoria, where I am from.
“I’ve not been coached by him but my brother was.”
She was a youth football prodigy and spent time training with both Manchester City and Man Utd before signing for Melbourne City and Perth Glory.
Since moving to Europe she has starred for West Ham, Napoli and now in the Hoops – but dreams of turning out at the Nou Camp for Barcelona.
