CONOR McGREGOR has shared a sneak peek inside his garden featuring an exercise set-up – only it isn’t for him.
The former UFC double-champ and dad-of-three instead has a dedicated martial arts section for his kids.

He captioned the snap: “McGregor Martial Arts.”
The 34-year-old has spoken previously about the benefits he feels any child can gain from practicing a martial art.
After bringing his kids as well as fiancée Dee Devlin along to a session on the mats, he remarked: “Great Taekwondo training and with my kids too!
“All of the traditional martial arts are really great methods of training, especially for children.
“Lengthening of the limbs, balance and control, freedom and dexterity. Bounce!
“Rapid change of direction etc etc. So many great benefits!
“If you can’t hold your leg out straight at high kick level and maintain your balance and control here, you can’t kick to the absolute level that you can kick at.
“I cannot yet kick to the absolute level I can kick it. But I’m aware of where I need to go. Awareness is half the battle won in combat.”
WELL THAT ESCALATED QUICKLY
In true McGregor fashion, he also alluded to any foes out there who may have stumbled upon this particular social media post.
Hilariously switching tone mid-post, he continued: “Also I’ve the awareness that still despite all I am levels above all of those in my radar space of future fighting opponents. By a wide margin. Already, as is.
“And also that I’ve a steel bar in one of them. And it’s like a whip. And I don’t give a fuck.
“Let me tell you something. The first person I’m back fighting here is getting kicked around that cage.
“You are all garbage. You may have a little yup the yard kick in your arsenal but it’s not at the speed, the power, the length and the control that it could be!
“God bless, my fellow martial art and fighting enthusiasts, rent is due everyday. Everyday is school day.”
He is due to make his long-awaited octagon return against Michael Chandler but frustratingly for fans, an exact fight date has still not been released despite them being matched up months ago.
