A MED holiday is at the top of every bucket list, with many countries having beautiful beaches and great weather.
But they can also be pretty pricey – unless you know where to look.

While France and Spain are popular with Brits, these can often be the most expensive.
The President of the Palma Beach Quality Offensive, Juan Ferrer, has warned Brits that islands like Majorca are going to get even more expensive.
He said: “Holidays will be around 33 per cent more expensive in 2023 than in the previous year.
“Due to the island location, prices on Majorca rise even more than on the mainland.”
But there is another holiday island you should visit for big bargains this summer.
Tim Hentschel, co-founder of booking platform HotelPlanner said Malta is one of the cheapest Med islands right now.
He told Sun Online Travel: “This weekend I saw some great one-week holiday deals to Malta from the UK for less than £300.”
The cheapest Malta holiday we’ve found is at Canifor Hotel with week-long all-inclusive stays costing from £302pp.
The island has more than 300 sunny days a year, with temperature highs of 32C in the summer.
Flights to Malta are just three hours from the UK – and as little as £21.99 with Ryanair.
The tiny capital, Valletta, is effectively one giant castle with fortifications wrapping around the coast.
It’s not too expensive while there, with some cheap beers for as little as €2, with some pubs letting you take them to the nearby beach.
One of the most popular attractions is Popeye Village, built as a movie set for the largely-forgotten Popeye film starring Robin Williams.
You can still visit the multi-coloured attraction, with water trampolines and boat rides.
Malta also has its own Blue Lagoon, a short ferry ride away on the island of Comino.
The crystal clear blue lagoon is on a white, sandy beach and has warm water all year round.
Otherwise watersports are popular on the island, such as sailing, kayaking, paddle boarding.
Divers can also see some amazing underwater sites such as a World War II battleship.
While Malta is the main and largest island, tourists often head to Gozo island for its beaches, as well as Comino, Filfa and St Paul’s Islands.
