A BRITISH woman has been left fuming due to obnoxious parents blocking her drive when collecting their children from school.
Mumsnet user @applepiesmum claims that there is a primary school close to her house, and when her driveway is empty, parents park across it to collect their kids.

The woman said that she confronted one of the parents, who told her they needed to be there to pick up their children.
So, in response she has decided to block school parents in to deter them from blocking her driveway in future.
She titled the post ‘AIBU (Am I Being Unreasonable) to block in school mum’s parking on my driveway?’
She explained: “I work from home and usually park in the visitor bay outside my house so my partner can park on the driveway. He gets home 3.30-4 pm.
“However, recently, people have been parking on my driveway. Last week, I caught someone pulling in. I knocked on their window, and they argued with me, saying they needed to pick up their child.
“Eventually, they did move, but moved to where they blocked half my driveway, and half my neighbour’s – so no one could access it.
“I didn’t bother to confront them again, but in future, I think I’ll block them in. Is that too petty?”
“If I did block anyone in, it would only be for 30 minutes to cause a bit of stress and a lesson learned.
She contacted the school, and they told her they had already asked parents not to block residents in.
However, the responses have been divided about what the best course of action is.
One said: “Blocking someone in could lead to a very aggressive situation, so I wouldn’t. You say 30 minutes just to cause inconvenience, but what if the parent has an appointment somewhere and they can’t get to it?”
Another said: “I would just park over your drive so no one can park there at school run time.”
A third pointed out: “The entitlement, how dare someone park on your driveway. That is outrageous. I’d block them and also shame them on local Facebook groups.”
This comes after locals from Stoke-on-Trent were forced to take drastic actions to stop school parents from parking outside their homes.
And parents were told to stop parking in a Leeds medical centre car park when dropping off and picking their kids up from school.
