GREGGS has launched five brand new menu items for Easter, including a cinnamon latte and bunny biscuits.
The bakery giant has added all the new items to its menu today and they are available at stores nationwide.
Greggs has added a cinnamon latte to its menu for Easter
The new menu also included a new Easter chocolate cake bar
Easter Buns will also return to the new Greggs menu
Among the new items are two new, limited edition coffee drinks – the cinnamon swirl latte and the cinnamon flat white.
The cinnamon latte is made with Fairtrade coffee beans and topped with sweetened cream and a dusting of flavoured sugar.
It’s priced at £2.40 and contains 202 calories.
A cinnamon flat white comes in at the same price, but instead of being topped with cream, it’s finished with lightly frothed milk.
Fan favourite bunny biscuits are also making a comeback
It comes in at 120 calories – 80 less than the latte version.
If you’re looking to pair your drink with a sweet treat then you’re in luck because Greggs has added three sugary treats to its menu.
These include an Easter chocolate cake bar and two returning favourites – the bunny biscuit and the Easter bun.
If you haven’t tried an Easter bun, they are made from vanilla sponge, topped with fondant and a cute sugary white Easter bunny.
They are priced at £1.05 and contain 210 calories.
While the crunchy chocolate bunny biscuits are 328 calories and £1.10.
The biscuits are covered in milk chocolate and hand finished with tasty icing.
If that’s not enough to satisfy your sweet tooth, you could tuck into a £1.25 Easter chocolate cake bar.
The chocolate-flavoured sponge cake is also topped with chocolate icing and a pink Easter egg for decoration.
All of the new menu items are available now and can be bought in-store ordered via click and collect through the Greggs app or website.
But bear in mind you will pay a little extra for delivery so make sure you check the final price before placing an order.
The new menu announcement comes as Greggs revealed it is axing its popular hot cross buns this Easter.
Hot cross buns have featured on Greggs Easter menus in the past, but they were also missing from stores last year.
Shoppers could previously get a pack of four hot cross buns for just £1.
But it’s good news for fans of the popular vegetable steak bake, because it returned to menus earlier this month.
It comes with a mix of veggies, herbs, spices, cheddar cheese and chillies wrapped in pastry. It’s 426 calories and costs £1.80.
Meanwhile, Primark has revealed it is opening more Greggs cafes – and you can see the full list here.
Plus, Greggs said it will be opening 150 new branches this year and is aiming to have 3,000 stores across the UK.
