To access it before, you’d have to pay £7.99 / $7.99 a month or £79.99 / $79.99 for the year.
The Health Metrics Dashboard is ideal for learning about various changes and trends.
It can notice differences in things like your breathing rate, skin temperature and blood oxygen.
Going forward, you’ll no longer have to pay to access trends over longer periods of time.
So you’ll be able to look at data for seven days, 30 days and 90 days.
All of this can provide some very useful insight into your overall health – though wearables should never be treated as a replacement for proper medical guidance.
And it’s not only available to Fitbit owners – Pixel Watch users can access it for free too.
It’s rolling out from today, so look out for an update to your app.
Fitbit Premium has loads of other useful information.
But if the Health Metrics Dashboard was the only thing you subscribed for, maybe it’s time to consider cancelling it to save some money?
