The duo are currently coaching against one another on this season 31 of ‘The Ultimate Fighter’ series before fighting later in the calendar year with a date, weight-class and venue TBA.

But a stadium show could be in the offing after Dana White also refused to rule out that possibility in a recent interview.

Speaking with US outlet Fanatics View earlier this month, UFC President Dana White unveiled plans for potential stadium fight between the pair.

White said: “We’re trying to work that out, we don’t know yet, but to go to Dallas Texas Stadium you have to have the right fight.

“And, Dallas Texas Stadium is a possibility…yeah.

“When you look at a fight of that magnitude, you have got to look at Madison Square Garden, obviously Vegas – we could do the stadium there or we could do the T-Mobile. You look at Dallas, Texas Stadium.

“You could also do a massive stadium in London.”

AND now Chandler has added to the hype as he believes that his Irish opponent could make that dream a reality at the Raider’s home stadium, which is located just off the Las Vegas strip.

Speaking on the MMA Hour with Ariel Helwani.

Chandler said: “Conor has been talking about Croke Park in Ireland, he’s spoken about Jerry Jones’ Dallas Cowboys stadium.

“A Conor fight can easily fill a stadium.

“His comeback fight against me, one of the most dangerous and the most exciting guy in the division. We sell the thing out for sure.

“I might call them [the UFC] today to get them working on this stadium thing.”

A United States stadium bout is something UFC President Dana White has always teased, and in reality it could be poised to happen as their biggest star has just two fights left on his UFC deal.

The highest attendance for a UFC event was in October 2019 at UFC 243.

57,127 fans were in attendance at the Marvel Stadium in Melbourne, Australia to see Israel Adesanya knockout Rob Whittaker.
