A Tiktoker has revealed a secret way to skip through videos with a lot more ease on your iPhone.

The current set up of trying to trace the red dot is a bit fiddly and never ends up exactly where you want it.
But it turns out there’s a much easier method hidden in plain site.
And it looks a lot like Netflix.
Rather than sliding the bar along to get to the moment you want, hold it, then drag upwards.
The app will then show you a detailed preview of stills from the video, making it much easier to select the moment you want.
“You can see exactly where you want to swipe to,” TikToker TA TECH TIPS explains to his 1.5million followers.
“And when you’re ready, click on play, and you’re there.”
Users were pretty blown away in the comments.
