Vodafone customers started to appear at around 11am today, with 75% of people reporting problems with their internet connection.

Customers are complaining about issues with broadband and wi-fi and have taken to Twitter to air their frustrations.

One Twitter user wrote: “There appears to be broadband outages all over the UK. Myself and all my wfh colleagues with Vodafone have lost connection. What’s going on?”

Another added: “My internet has gone down but your diagnostics say nothing is wrong? Is this a broader outage?”

While a third said: “Are there any issues with broadband? Ours has gone down and can’t see why.”

We have asked Vodafone to confirm if the network was suffering from a broadband outage.

Customers can use Vodafone’s status checker on their website to see if the company is experiencing any service blips.

Vodafone services last suffered an outage in October, when households were unable to connect to the internet.

There’s also a live chat service or a form you can fill in.
