Wolves 3 Liverpool 0: Reds suffer huge blow to top four hopes as they’re torn apart by rejuvenated Wolves

LIVERPOOL suffered their THIRD Premier League defeat of 2023 as they were thumped 3-0 at Wolves.

And it was the third time in four games the Reds have shipped three goals.

Jurgen Klopp’s side got off to the worst possible start as Hwang Hee-chan’s low cross was turned into his own net by Joel Matip.

Things went from bad to worst inside the opening 15 minutes as Craig Dawson’s thunderous finish doubled Wolves’ lead.

And the the toothless Reds conceded a third late on as Adama Traore picked out Ruben Neves who did the rest from close range.

Liverpool are still TEN points behind the top four, while Wolves climb out of the relegation zone an up to 15th.
