ARCHAEOLOGISTS have made a huge “secret tomb” discovery in Egypt dating back 4,300 years.
The major Ancient Egyptian find consisted of a gold-laced mummy and four tombs.

Egypt just revealed that the tombs and artifacts were unearthed at the Saqqara necropolis which is south of Cairo.
Archaeologist Dr Zahi Hawass said: ‘The tombs also contain carved pieces belonging to the owner of the tomb, which the mission is currently working on assembling.”
He said the largest tomb is “decorated with scenes of daily life.”
Two of the tombs are said to belong to Ancient Egyptian priests.
Another of the tombs is said to have belonged to a pharaoh’s “secret keeper” leading the resting place to be referred to as a “secret tomb”.
A rare stone sarcophagus was also found in on of the tombs via a 49-foot-long shaft.
Hawass said the tombs are “just as the ancient Egyptians left it 4,300 years ago.”
Perhaps the most striking find was a mummy with a “gold-leaf covering”.
Further details about that golden mummy is being kept under wraps for now.
It’s said to be one of the oldest and complete non-royal mummies in existence.
