A SPECIAL paint will see wee splash back on unruly Cheltenham Festival racegoers as part of a plan to crackdown on bad behaviour.
Councillor Max Wilkinson wants the paint put on walls leading to the Gloucester racecourse.

He said peeing in public ‘blights our town’ during Festival week.
But the new paint will make it clear to see who can’t hold it in thanks to chemicals that repel liquids like urine.
The hydrophobic paint has already been used in urban areas across the world to deal with the problem, report the BBC.
An image depicting how the paint works shows wee bouncing back onto the person urinating.
Speaking of the effect urinating in public has on Cheltenham residents, Wilkinson said: “It is illegal, unpleasant to see and makes many people feel uncomfortable or threatened – particularly women.”
Extra portaloos were put up along one road to the racecourse at last year’s November meeting.

But Wilkinson said it did little to deter some people.
He said: “Public urination at any time is disgusting,” he said.
“Last year, I saw a line of men brazenly weeing against a wall near the town centre, while hundreds of people sat in traffic queues just yards away – they were totally shameless.
“We shouldn’t have to put up with this anymore.
“I’m sure the prospect of wet trousers will make people think twice, even if they think they won’t get caught and fined.”
Cheltenham bosses have restricted the amount of punters at this year’s Festival in a bid to improve the experience.
Racing’s biggest meeting will be limited to 68,500 punters per day.
The Festival – the climax of the jumps season – will run from Tuesday, March 14 to Friday, March 17.
