Dotcom, who legally changed his surname in 2005, founded multiple internet companies and lived all over the world.
However, in 2012 Dotcom’s house was raided at the request of the US authorities and this pink Caddy was taken along with various other cars.
It has been in storage ever since and was recently sold to a dealer who is putting it up for auction with Trade Me.
The advert reads: ‘This car was 1 of 2 Cadillacs bought into NZ by internet mogul Kim Dotcom in approximately 2010.
‘This car was then restrained by the government for a decade and ended up in my possession a few days ago.
‘The car will come free of any Mechanical problems.
‘Minor oil leaks are to be expected with any classic car of this era and are to be expected even after a rebuild.
‘I will include a drip tray for the buyer :)’
The auction has another nine days to run and the bidding is already at around £60,000.
