‘They’ll wipe the floor with them’ – Chris Sutton makes BRUTAL Tottenham vs Arsenal prediction before North London derby

CHRIS SUTTON made a bold and brutal North London derby prediction – and it is not good news for Tottenham fans.

Spurs host Premier League leaders and arch-rivals Arsenal on Sunday.

And Antonio Conte knows three points for his side would be a major dent in the Gunners’ title dreams.

Harry Kane can equal Jimmy Greaves’ club record of 266 goals if he finds the net – and a second strike would take his tally to 200 in the Premier League.

However, BBC pundit Sutton thinks it will be a humiliating afternoon for Tottenham.

The former Chelsea, Blackburn and Norwich striker reckons Mikel Arteta’s side will run out 3-0 winners.

He said: “I know Harry Kane loves playing against Arsenal.

“I also know he can break Greaves’ record this weekend, but he won’t.

“He won’t score, and Tottenham won’t score.

Arsenal are going to wipe the floor with them.”

Arsenal sit top of the table having dropped just seven points from 17 matches.

Spurs are 11 points adrift having played a game more and are battling it out with Newcastle and Manchester United to qualify for the Champions League.

But Son Heung-min believes a win for Tottenham on Sunday could kickstart a shock challenge for the title.

The striker said: “The North London derby is special. It has a huge meaning for the players but especially for fans.

“We will throw our bodies on the line and give everything to win.

“We don’t prioritise the cups. The Premier League is long and something can always happen. Even Chelsea and Liverpool are pushing.

“There are so many games. We still believe in [winning the league] because this is a group of positive players.

“We should give everything we have but obviously the Champions League and FA Cup are really important for the club, players and fans.”
