HOLIDAYMAKERS have been warned that trips to a popular holiday destination are going to go up in price this year.
The cost of everything is going up at the moment, with flights and hotels no different.

However, visiting Thailand is going to be more expensive from this summer, with the country set to introduce a tourist fee.
Tourism and Sports Minister Phiphat Ratchakitprakarn told Bangkok Post that anyone heading to Thailand this year will have to pay a 300Baht (£7.40) entry fee.
The minister said that the fee would be used to “support visitors involved in accidents and develop tourist destinations”.
The fee applies to all visitors, except those with work permits and border passes.
It will come into operation from June this year, if it receives cabinet approval.
Thailand isn’t the only popular holiday destination to bring in new tourist fees this year.
Local councils in the Valencia region of Spain have been given the go-ahead to apply a charge of up to €2 (£1.75) per person per night in a controversial move.
The tax will come into force from December 19, 2023.
Benidorm officials have distanced themselves from the tax, saying they will “never” impose it, but other areas of Valencia are keen on the idea.
The Valencia region includes the Costa Blanca where millions of Brits head for their holidays.
The fee will be known as the Valencian Tax on Tourist Stays (IVET) and could bring in €30million (£26m) a year to spend on green projects.
Visiting most of Europe will also get more expensive later this year too.
This is because of a new visa system being introduced for all UK travellers.
Called the European Travel Information and Authorisation System (ETIAS), Brits will need to have one if travelling for less than 90 days during an 180 day period.
An ETIAS is required if travelling to any European country by plane, boat or car, and is also needed even if only transiting through Europe.
It will cost €7 (£5), and any travellers between 18 and 70 years old will have to have one.
They must be applied for before travelling and can be completed online, with Brits needing to complete it at least 96 hours before departure.
Meanwhile, this popular tourist destination is also going to implement new charges for visitors.
And here are 28 other locations also considering implementing new charges for holidaymakers.
