A murder-suicide investigation is underway as of Friday when a former police lieutenant from Bakers Creek, Michigan, killed his wife in front of their two sons.
Ray Felix, a 60-year-old retired LEO, approached his estranged wife, 45-year-old Jamie Felix, as she exited a business in Florida on Friday with their sons, aged 17 and 10.

Ray Felix, 60, approached his estranged wife, Jamie, and their two kids at a local business while dressed in a disguise and forced them into a rental car Friday, Port St. Lucie police say in a press release.
Inside the car, police say Ray confronted Jamie, 45, about their impending divorce and forced her to send a suspicious email to her coworkers at Manatee K-8 School. The email caused concern and Jamie’s co-workers called the police.
Ray then went back to retrieve Jamie’s car, and made her drive it while he kept her at gunpoint while forcing one of his sons to follow behind them in a rental car, police said.
Port St. Lucie police said they tracked Jamie Felix’s car to West Palm Beach, when they were subsequently alerted by police there that they couple had died in an apparent murder-suicide.
“The members of the Port St. Lucie Police Department and our community were heartbroken by the tragic incident that occurred Friday evening,” Port St. Lucie police Chief Richard Del Toro says in a statement. “This inexplicable tragedy has not only affected the family and friends of those involved, but also members of the St. Lucie County School District and the students that were inspired by Jamie Felix. This incident is a stark reminder of the dangers of domestic violence. If you are or know someone who is a victim of domestic violence, we urge you to immediately contact law enforcement.”
Another senseless act of violence committed by a nonwhite man, and in this case, it shouldn’t matter; however, violence against women is widespread in hip-hop
I can’t help but notice a pattern between black men and men of other brown shades who lean on cultures that treat violence against women as an expected way of life to mate with them.
This isn’t to say that all black people are violent towards their spouses, but it is common for black families to live with violent members of their family until something tragic happens.

Hood culture teaches teens that calling the cops makes them a traitor to their race. Democrats have pushed a public anti-police sentiment, which, in my opinion, has, in recent months, resulted in white men being arrested after protecting people from a violent black offender. Daniel Penny’s case is straightforward. A man saw a threat, tried to step in, and is now being blamed for trying to stop a violent black person from harming others.

I can only imagine the stress of a young teen living with a violent black person while Democrats say we need to feel sorry for them.
Now, a community has lost a fellow teacher, friend, and mother. Were people afraid to call the cops on Ray Felix because he was a black man? Could more intervention have saved Jamie’s life? Was she ashamed that her black husband had become abusive and wanted to protect him from racism?
Who knows. all that is known is this is very tragic, and those children will be affected for life.
Ray Felix is not a victim of white supremacy.
