IRELAND have made it a St Patrick’s weekend to remember as they beat Scotland to clinch a second successive Six Nations title.
The reigning champions saw their hopes of securing back-to-back Grand Slams evaporate when they were beaten marginally by England last weekend.
But Andy Farrell‘s side held off Scotland to lift the trophy once again despite England’s pressure.
