AN airline has scrapped all of its flights from a UK airport – just months after another one did.
Eastern Airways has confirmed that their Cardiff to Paris Orly route will be cancelled by the end of the month.

The route was the only direct flight between Wales and Paris.
Having only launched in April 2023, the airline has scrapped the route ahead of the summer holidays.
It comes after the airline also scrapped routes between Cardiff and Southampton and Anglesey.
Welsh passengers will have to travel from Bristol Airport to travel to Paris instead.
A Cardiff Airport spokesperson said: “We can confirm that Eastern Airways have advised they are suspending the Paris Orly route from the start of the summer schedule.
“Our team are actively speaking to airlines to provide direct flights between Cardiff and Paris.
“We know our customers living in Wales are keen for more choice and great prices from our airport.”
They added that the airport still has eight other French destinations on offer, albeit flying with KLM which includes a connection in Amsterdam.
This includes flights to Bordeaux, Nice, Marseille, Toulouse, Lyon, and Nantes.
It comes after a number of setbacks for the Welsh Airport in recent years.
Wizz Air cancelled most of it’s flights from Cardiff Airport back in April 2023, just a year after launching them.
The airline confirmed that most of their flights would be cancelled by August 2022 due to “economic pressures”.
All of them were then scrapped six months later, with Wizz Air closing their base there.
And Qatar Airways is yet to reintroduce their long-haul service to Doha from the airport, despite restarting at other UK airports.
There is some good news for Cardiff Airport, however.
Ryanair has confirmed new flights will launch from the airport this year.

Cardiff to Alicante will launch on April 4, followed by flights to Tenerife on April 6.
Passengers will be able to fly to Alicante with three weekly flights, as well as one a week to Tenerife.
These new flights join Ryanair‘s Cardiff to Malaga, Faro and Dublin flights, also restarting next month.
Cardiff Airport’s chief executive Spencer Birns praised the “fantatsic news“.
He said: “This exciting development will see Ryanair offering 26 weekly flights through our airport facilities and we look forward to being able to welcome passengers on these services from next spring.”
Here are some other new flights launching from the UK this year.

Jet2‘s new flights include Sicily, Sardinia and Verona.
