Are Cinch collection points open over Easter?

Cinch has announced it will be heavily reducing the hours for its collection points over the holiday period.

No stores will be closed, but they will be operating on a paired-back schedule.

Collection services are usually available 8am to 8pm, seven days a week.

However, the closing time has been brought forward by two hours for three of the four days of the break.

Easter Monday will see branches shut up shop at 6pm.

However, on Easter Sunday, there is movement at both the beginning and end of the day.

Physical stores will only open from 10am to 4pm on that day.

Is the Cinch website still operating over Easter?

Despite the reduction in hours for physical stores, the Cinch website will remain running over the Bank Holiday.

Customers will still be able to view motors, arrange a part exchange view finance deals and compare car car products.

Just be aware that any collections or in-store services will only be available within the holiday hours of stores.

Likewise, the customer support phone lines will be running the same reduced schedule.
