A SAVVY woman has revealed how she and her partner transformed a mini van into a fully functioning home.

TikToker, Nic Roams, took to the platform to give her viewers a sneak peek of life inside her tiny residency – from cooking outside to using a hand-pump tap.

A Woman shared a video of her tiny home on TikTok

In the clip – which has since raked up more than 3000 likes – Nic reveals the motor is actually for sale.

She then says: “Lets show you around,” and proceeds to approach her electric blue Caddy Maxi micro camper van.

The motor is the sixth to be renovated by Nic and its also the smallest.

“Don’t be fooled by its size it packs a hell of a lot inside,” she says.

Nic opens the door and displays a storage unit with a fridge underneath it and a kildwick composting toilet.

Then the camera pans around and reveals that not only is the tiny home blue like Doctor Who’s Tardis, but it also shares the trait of appearing much smaller from the outside than it really is.

A comfy sofa can be seen positioned opposite a shiny wooden counter and sink with a hand-pump tap.

And the tour isn’t over yet as the cameraperson is then taken to the back of the vehicle.

Here Nic shows off a folding worktop that’s attached to the rear door and opens a cupboard to show off storage space.

Next she takes out her camping stove before revealing another huge space for storing cooking utensils.

The incredible van is being sold for just £16,000 and many of Nic’s followers praised her for all the work she put into the renovation.

“I would drive anywhere with this,” said one, “Nice job..,” wrote another.

“It turned out so beautiful! Well done,” said a third.

It comes as a couple who quit their jobs to travel across Europe in their campervan revealed they ran into a problem – after just 25 miles.

Sam and Chris, both 29, set out on their off-grid adventure with their dog, Fletcher.

Yet, the couple suffered a mechanical hitch when their motorhome broke down soon after leaving their home in PlymouthDevon.

But after two years on the road the couple, and their pet dog Fletcher, finally arrived at the Arctic Circle which was their “ultimate” bucket list of destinations.

Chris said: “We broke down 25 miles out of Plymouth but managed to fix it.

“We have taken a week and a half to travel through Sweden, into Finland and then Norway and the Arctic Circle.

The home has a fridge, a cooker and a bed”}]]
