MICAH RICHARDS left viewers stunned as he took on Nigel Reo-Coker in a press-up competition.
The CBS Sports quartet of Kate Abdo, Thierry Henry, Jamie Carragher and Richards were back on screens to cover Wednesday night’s Champions League action.

They were speaking to their colleagues in America, with Reo-Coker a pundit in the US.
The ex-West Ham and Aston Villa star used to captain England’s Under-21s when Richards was in the team.
And he hilariously poked fun at his old team-mate, saying: “I remember when you first walked into the dressing room, I thought ‘who’s this kid?’.
“He takes his top off and I was like, ‘oh my God’, that’s when he took care of himself back then.
“But if you asked Micah to do five press-ups, he couldn’t do five press-ups.
“I was trying to process in my head, ‘how can God bless him like that, but he can’t do five press-ups?’ Looks can be deceiving.”
Richards was having none of it and said he’d get down on all fours to prove Reo-Coker wrong.
A press-up contest between the two was called as the former Manchester City star whipped off his suit jacket and threw it towards his fellow pundits.

Reo-Coker did an impressive 21 but tried to add in a clap and stumbled.
However, his effort was blown out the water by Richards, who did an incredible 50 before getting up and flexing his biceps.
He shouted: “That’s why they call me Big Meeks.”
Abdo, Henry and Reo-Coker were left in hysterics as he fist pumped Carragher on his way back to his seat.
Fans loved it, with one saying: “Micah is too funny.”
Another added: “Real television.”
The CBS crew hit the headlines earlier in the show after Abdo’s amazing response to Carragher crossing the line with a gag yesterday about “loyalty” to her boxing coach partner Malik Scott.
