They are made by Absolute Reg and are still available to purchase.
A full breakdown of their plates and prices is listed below, and taking the top spot is one worth a whopping £6.5million.
Jake Smith, the firm’s director, told The Sun that the market for these registration numbers is “fairly wide” – although the buyer needs “very deep pockets.”
He added: “Whilst we have NDAs signed with buyers of these registrations around the cost etc., they are predominantly high net worth individuals or businesses.”
Jake said the reason why people are willing to fork out huge wads of cash to add a personal touch to their vehicle is because they are “becoming harder to obtain.”
He said: “Registrations such as 5 F would demand a higher cost as it could target individuals with initials SF whilst a registration such as 5 X would be less desirable as there are fewer individuals with SX as an initial.”
If any of Absolutes Reg’s top 10 plates were to sell it would make them the most expensive numberplate sold in the UK.
