The former President received a chorus of cheers from MMA fans
Trump made somewhat of a subdued entrance into the arena shortly after the first fight of the main card wrapped up.
He was flanked by Secret Service agents and UFC supremo Dana White as he made his way to his cageside seat.
And he was greeted by huge cheers from fans when he came up on the big screen.
Kid Rock’s ‘American Badass’ blared out of the speakers as the 77-year-old made his entrance.
Faint chants of “USA, USA, USA” then began to echo throughout the arena.
Fight fans watching at home were quick to comment on the raucous reception he received, with one writing on X: “Holy s**t Donald Trump in the house for UFC 299.”
Another said: “DONALD TRUMP PULLED UP TO UFC 299 WITH DANA WHITE.
And another said: “We got a Donald Trump UFC 299 Walkout before GTA 6.”

One remarked: “Donald Trump has officially entered the UFC 299 environment.
“A serious privilege for UFC fans and organizers alike.”
Another chimed in: “Donald Trump done pulled up to UFC 299 n everybody goin’ crazy. Bruh gangsta.”
Trump is no stranger to UFC events, attending UFC 295 and UFC 296 in New York and Las Vegas last November and December respectively.
UFC president and CEO White has been pals with Trump for the best part of two decades and has previously spoken on his behalf at Republican National Conventions
When recalling one of his RNC speeches, White told Tucker Carlson: “This guy has been so good to me it’s unexplainable.
“He’s been a very good friend to me since the day I met him.
“When we bought this company it had such a bad stigma attached to it and the sport that we couldn’t even get into venues, they didn’t want us.
“Donald Trump saw that this thing could possibly be big, plus he’s a sports guy who loves sports, and he offered us to come do the event at the Trump Taj Mahal at Atlantic City.
“He cut us a very fair deal and we went down there and did two events with him where he showed up for the first fight and stayed until the last fight.
“Imagine back then; Trump brand is way up, UFC brand is way down, but he took us in and he was great.
“Everything that ever happened to me in my career after that day, the first guy to reach out and say congratulations was Donald Trump; whether it was a letter or one time we were on the cover of the New York Times.
“He said, ‘I always knew you were going to do it, Dana, congratulations.’ And he sent me the paper. He sent me a pen one time congratulating me.
“He’s always sending something to say congratulations; a guy who is genuinely happy for your success.”
