‘Is he under the thumb?’ asks shocked Micah Richards as Kate Abdo makes revelation about boxing trainer fiance

KATE ABDO has revealed her fiance is “not that kind of guy” after being asked about his stag do.

The CBS Sports Golazo host had been asked about her potential wedding with boyfriend Malik Scott.

Tuesday’s show was the first episode since she went public with their relationship last week.

Abdo re-shared a loved-up snap of herself and the former heavyweight boxer.

Scott amassed a 38-3-1 professional record before becoming a trainer and working with former world champion Deontay Wilder.

During Tuesday night’s Champions League coverage she shut down the idea of Scott having a bachelor party before they tied the knot.

This prompted co-host Micah Richards to jokingly ask: “Is he under the thumb?”

Abdo snapped back, though, as she replied: “Not on my watch, Micah.”

Fellow pundits Thierry Henry and Jamie Carragher had been discussing the possibility of receiving an invite to the potential stag do.

Carragher and Richards had previously teased Abdo about her relationship status.

Until her Instagram post last week, she had not publicly confirmed her romance with Scott.

Earlier in the show, Abdo also revealed that Scott wants to marry her, to the surprise of Henry.

The former Arsenal striker was left shell-shocked as he gasped: “Really?”

Fans were left in hysterics by his reaction as they joked his “soul left his body” after the bombshell announcement.

And that was not the end of the revelations on the night, as Richards admitted he’d had a toilet mishap when working with Carragher on Sky Sports’ Monday Night Football.

Richards also threatened to take the Liverpool legend to HR after an inappropriate question about his love life.
