Taylor Swift‘s fans have expressed concern for the superstar after footage emerged of her coughing in between lyrics on stage.
The 34-year-old Grammy winner – who has been on the road with her mammoth The Eras Tour for almost a year and still has nine months to go – was singing Delicate during her first show in Singapore, when she had to pull herself away from the microphone to cough and clear her throat.
“Hope she’s okay. She’s been coughing,” TikTok user heyjoshd, who shared the footage, wrote alongside the clip.

“I was there and so worried about Taylor,” one TikTok user claimed in the comments.
Another fan wrote: “You can hear a raspy tone in her voice, she also seems more calm and reserved in her movements. The show must go on… a queen.”

American rapper Lil Uzi Vert also weighed in, writing, “Hope she’s okay for real”.
Another Swiftie also wrote: “I can only imagine how exhausting it must be whilst on tour giving it 100 per cent with every performance. She is incredible!”
“Looks like she’s only got two shows then the whole of April off so hoping she can rest!”, one fan commented.

Swift, who is notorious for rarely cancelling her gigs, is scheduled to perform three more shows in Singapore – the last being Saturday, March 9 – before she has a month off The Eras Tour.
She’ll resume her tour – which has already made a whopping $US1.039 billion (approx. $1.6 billion) at the box office – in Paris on May 9, and will perform across Europe until mid-August.
Swift will head out on the road again with The Eras Tour for its final leg in Canada in mid-November, before finishing it for good in early December.
