MCDONALD’S is slashing the price of two fan favourites but fans will have to move quickly as it’s just for one day only.
The popular fast food chain is cutting the price of its Double McMuffins to just £1.99 and Big Macs will cost just £1.49 – but on February 26 only.

The offer will only be available through the McDonald’s app.
Fans can get their teeth into a Double McMuffin as part of the breakfast menu from 5am.
The double sausage or double bacon and egg McMuffin normally costs £4.39.
While the ever-popular Big Mac will be available from 11am at half price.
Customers will be able to earn points when they purchase one of these deals by opting into MyMcDonald’s Rewards.
The scheme means every penny spent equals one Rewards point, so this week’s offers will get you 199 points when grabbing a Double McMuffin and 149 points when picking up a Big Mac.
There is also an option for customers to donate the cash equivalent of their points to BBC Children in Need, FareShare and Ronald McDonald House Charities to support the company’s commitment to funding and supporting youth work, alongside reducing food poverty and waste in the UK.
The McDonald’s app can be downloaded via Google Play or the Apple App Store, signing up and opting into MyMcDonald’s Rewards.
One fan, who is part of bargain hunting group on Facebook, was obviously happy with the price reduction, writing: “Happy days.”
Another posted: “Looks like we’re getting maccies breakfast tomorrow then.”
While many others simply included their friends in the post alerting them to the offer.
