Vera is a lifelong Reds supporter and a former season ticket holder at the City Ground before she gave it up after beginning to lose her eyesight.
And after 15 years without her ticket Vera was invited back to the historic stadium to soak up the atmosphere once again.
Forest invited Vera to their clash with West Ham on Saturday so she could listen to Mull of Kintyre one more time.
The iconic song is belted out by the Forest faithful before every home game and has been a part of the club’s history since 1978.
The video shared to Forest’s social media showed Vera visibly shaken and emotional by the touching moment.
Fans were left touched by the video itself with many sharing their reactions underneath the post.
One wrote: “You can’t buy class.”
While another added: “Wow, amazing gesture and inspiring moment.”

A third wrote: “This sport. Just special isn’t it. Doesn’t matter who you are, what walk of life you’re from. Moments like this are just brilliant.”
One fan tried to play it cool while shedding a tear for the moment, writing: “Is someone chopping onions again?”
And another embraced the emotion, adding: “Time to cry again.”
Vera was interviewed before the game by ForestTV and explained she’s been a Nottingham Forest fan for so long she can’t even remember starting out.
She said: “I’m 92 now and I can’t even remember [when I started supporting Forest], but it seems like forever.”
She also made a match prediction calling that her beloved side would come out on top as 2-0 winners against the Hammers.
And she was given exactly what she asked for with a 2-0 victory at home pulling Nuno Espirito Santo’s team further away from a relegation scrap.
