The Fantastic Four movie cast has been announced starring some Hollywood favourites

(CNN) — Marvel Studios found a creative way to reveal its cast for a new Fantastic Four movie.

Announcing the news with a Valentine on Instagram, it was revealed that Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Ebon Moss-Bachrach and Stranger Things star Joseph Quinn will star in the movie.

“Happy Valentine’s Day from Marvel’s First Family! Pedro Pascal, Vanessa Kirby, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, and Joseph Quinn are The Fantastic Four,” the post was captioned.

Pascal will play Reed Richards (Mister Fantastic) the leader of group, Kirby will play Sue Storm (Invisible Woman) and Moss-Bachrach will play Ben Grimm (The Thing).

Quinn will play Johnny Storm (The Human Torch).

Previous Fantastic Four casts in films from 2005, 2007 and 2015 starred Jessica Alba, Ioan Gruffudd, Chris Evans, Michael Chiklis, then Michael B. Jordan, Miles Teller, Kate Mara and Jamie Bell.

The upcoming movie will be directed by Matt Shakman.

The Fantastic Four hits theaters July 25, 2025.

The Last of Us star Pedro Pascal shared the cast announcement news with his 8.5 million followers, posting the same Valentine’ Day graphic giving fans a first glimpse of him suited up as Reed Richards.

“From our family to yours 💙💙💙💙” he captioned the post.

Many excited fans took to the comments section to congratulate the star and share their enthusiasm over the casting confirmation.

“I’ve been waiting for the day that you join the MCU. So happy for you!! WE ALL WON!!!” one fan wrote, celebrating Pascal being cast in a Marvel film.

“Can’t wait to kick start my Marvel obsession all over again! So happy for you,” another said.

Some Stranger Things fans couldn’t contain their excitement over Pascal appearing onscreen with actor Joseph Quinn for a second time, after both being announced in the Gladiator 2 cast.

“The fact that you and Joseph are going to be in not one, but TWO movies together!?!” someone commented.

The Crown actress Vanessa Kirby also shared a sweet message to celebrate the casting news on Instagram.

“Very honoured to take on Sue Storm, Marvel’s OG lady since 1961. I hope to do her justice. 💙” she captioned the Valentine’s Day themed poster.
