Some of the 123.4 million people who tuned into this year’s Super Bowl might have noticed Alicia Keys struggling to hit the high notes in If I Ain’t Got You.
Now, the moment has since been removed from the NFL’s YouTube account.

During the Apple Music Super Bowl LVII Halftime Show, Keys performed with headliner Usher, where we heard the singer’s voice crack on her opening line, immediately trending online.
When the NFL later uploaded the halftime show in its entirety to YouTube, the voice crack had seemingly disappeared.
Robert Komaniecki, a teacher of college music theory, went viral on X for his opinion on the matter.

“Personally this kinda grinds my gears because part of what makes live singing commendable is that mistakes may happen, and you’re vulnerable. I wonder if she or her team was consulted for this edit, my guess is probably not based on the fast turnaround, but who knows.”

The drama kept coming though, with viewers analysing a moment between the two performers at the end of the song.
Usher hugged Keys from behind in a tight embrace, viewers divided on whether it was too intimate.
Keys has been married since 2010, tying the knot in 2010 with Swizz Beats, his real name is Kasseem Daoud Dean and he spoke out about the performance.
Celebrating his wife’s performance he took to Instagram to say, “Y’all talking about the wrong damn thing !!! y’all don’t see that amazing dress covering the entire stadium ⚡️🚨😂😂😮💨😮💨😮💨😮💨 Tonight’s performance was nothing but amazing with 2 amazing Giants! Just hours after his performance, Usher tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend and mother of his two children, Jennifer Goicoechea.
“We can confirm that Usher and Jennifer Goicoechea took the next step in their relationship and did get married on Sunday night in Las Vegas surrounded by close friends and family,” the singer’s reps confirmed to People magazine.
“They both look forward to continuing to raise their children together surrounded by love and thank everyone for the well wishes.”
