Mandy Rose ‘released by WWE’ with chiefs ‘unhappy with adult content she was posting on social media’

And according to Fightful, the WWE have parted way with the American.

It is claimed bosses felt they were “put in a tough position” with some of the content on her FanTime page.

The material was understood to have been “outside of the parameters” of her contract in the eyes of the company.

Rose first won the NXT title in October 2021, defeating Raquel Gonzalez.

She then unified the NXT UK Women’s Championship title to her collection in August.

Rose did so after defeating reigning champion Meiko Satomura and Blair Davenport in a triple threat match.

But her title reign, which spanned over a year, came to an end while so too did her time with the WWE.

Esteemed wrestling writer Dave Meltzer reported that Rose’s title defeat was not originally the plan.

He tweeted: “There’s a lot to the Mandy Rose firing today and the title change last night was a last minute decision based on the fact she was getting fired and not the original plan.”

In Rose’s personal life, she recently announced her engagement to marry fellow professional wrestler Sabatino Piscitelli.

The couple have been together since 2018 and announced their engagement in September.
