A TESLA owner has revealed how she can turn it into a cosy camper with just three items, including a £3.50 Amazon find.
Tech blogger Dani Hearn shared the nifty trick on her TikTok and showed viewers how it’s done.

She used a £44,000 Model Y to demonstrate how to set up a spacious bedroom in the back of your motor.
All you need is a car that can fold down the rear seats, a blow-up mattress and an air pump.
Start by folding the seats down to provide a large flat surface as the base for your bed.
Dani then used inflatable squares to fill the footwell and bridge the gap to the front seats, but this could easily be done with a plastic box or a similar item.
Then lay your blow-up mattress across the flattened seats and use the pump to inflate it.
Chuck on some pillows, a blanket, a duvet or even just a sleeping bag and you have a mobile bedroom you can take anywhere in the world.
Dani used a £262 mattress that was custom-made to fit her car, but alternatives can be picked up from Argos for £15 for a single or £35 for a double.
Likewise, an air pump can be found on Amazon for as little as £3.50 or you can go old-school and blow up the mattress using only lung power, as long as you don’t mind the extra time and effort it takes.
Best of all when you’re done you can deflate everything, pack it up in the boot and get on the move again to your next destination.
Dani said: “It’s so cosy.
“I think it’s the coolest…so unique.
“It would make a perfect Christmas gift for that adventurous person on your list who’s always wanted a campervan.”
Social media commenters were certainly on board with the idea.
One wrote: “I love this”.
Another tagged a friend and added: “We need to do this”.
And a third observed: “Think of all the money we could save on hotels.”
Just remember, if you are planning to camp in your car, make sure you have the landowner’s permission when wild camping or, if on public land, pay attention to parking restrictions.
It comes after the Secret Traffic Warden revealed three ways to challenge parking tickets successfully.
