BRAZILIAN teenager Andrey Santos is on the move again from Chelsea – with talks about a possible loan move to Strasbourg.
The midfielder was recalled early from a previous loan with Nottingham Forest over a lack of appearances.

Chelsea own French side Strasbourg and are using it as a feeder club to help develop their youngsters.
Santos joined the Blues in January last year after grabbing Premier League attention following his impressive displays at the U-20 World Cup.
The midfielder was subsequently loaned to Forest in the summer window but after just two appearances returned to Stamford Bridge.
He made his first appearance in a 1-0 Carabao Cup defeat to Burnley in August, where he played 90 minutes before getting substituted late in the game.
He then made his only top-flight appearance when the Reds suffered a 3-0 defeat to Liverpool in October.
The 19-year-old received his first senior cap for Brazil last year, featuring in a 2-1 defeat by Morocco back in March.
Newcastle were also said to have had a “long-standing” interest, but have since pulled out.
But now Strasbourg, owned by Behdad Eghbali and Todd Boehly, are close to taking Santos in on loan for the rest of the season.

But Chelsea would need to end one of their current seven international loans in order to get the move finalised.
As it stands, the club are restricted to domestic loans as they are already at the overseas threshold.
Their current international loanees include Hakim Ziyech at Galatasaray, Kepa Arrizabalaga at Real Madrid and Romelu Lukaku at Roma.
Others include Gabriel Slonina at Eupen, David Fofana at Union Berlin, Angelo Gabriel at Strasbourg, Diego Moreira at Lyon.
