The runner-up will win £10,000 a month also, but only for a year: totalling £120,000.

Tonight’s Set for Life winning numbers are 7, 20, 23, 36, 44 and the Life Ball is 04.

The draw takes place 8pm every Monday and Thursday.

One Lotto winner recently blew her £13k winnings on trying to save Paul, her XL Bully.

The dog’s kidneys began to fail only shortly after she and her husband were told they had won £13,305 in the People’s Postcode Lottery.

Meanwhile, those who have won much larger sums have fallen out.

Glazing company owners Mark Gardiner and Paul Maddison struck £22m in the famous win and lived very different lives with their share.

Maddison, 73, is understood to have died on November 28, just months after his wife Evelyn died aged 62 last year.

Andy Carter, Senior Winners’ Advisor at The National Lottery, said, “Fantastic! We have another top prize winner on Set For Life – they can now celebrate winning £10k every month for 30 years.

“January has been a very lucky month so far for Set For Life players, after two separate ticket-holders won the same top prize in the draws on 22 and 8 January.

“What an incredible start to the year! Players are being urged to check their tickets and to give us a call to claim tonight’s fantastic Set For Life top prize.

“Thanks to National Lottery players, £30M is generated every week for Good Causes.

“This money helps fund projects across the nation, with over 685,000 grants – supporting projects both big and small – having been made across the UK to date.”

“Our focus is now on supporting this latest lucky ticket-holder through the process and helping them start to enjoy their truly life-changing win.”
