Inside the Apprentice cast’s incredible car collections from £50k Tesla to racing motocross bike

THE APPRENTICE is back with Lord Alan Sugar welcoming a fresh batch of ambitious new candidates.

Launching on February 1, Alan, alongside Karren Brady and Tim Campbell, will be casting 18 business hopefuls – some of which have already tasted success and have their own collection of flashy motors to boot.

Oliver Medforth

Yorkshire-based Sales Executive Oliver is the self-proclaimed “selling-machine” and already has plenty of business experience under his belt.

The Apprentice wannabe “runs five retail shops” for his family run distillery from Newcastle to Swindon and while he doesn’t show off a mean set of wheels, there’s plenty of pictures of him in the driving seat of his company Yorkshire Tonics’ Renault delivery van.

Paul Bowen

Pie expert Paul Bowen is on the peripherals of the sporting world, having secured a five-year deal with Manchester City football club to serve the ground with pies.

But Paul is also a keen biker, telling the BBC in his pre-Apprentice interview: “I’ve raced in British Motocross, road bikes and recently been riding speedway at a semi-professional level. I’m bike mad!”

That much is true from his Instagram profile, which is full of his exploits on two wheels – complete with high speed jumps and stunts.

Phil Turner

Paul isn’t the show’s only pie connoisseur, with Phil describing himself as the ‘Supreme Pie Champion’.

He runs Turner’s Pies, his family-owned shop that dates back to the 1930s and has been built into “a seven-figure profitable business”.

Outside of pies, Phil appears to drive a high-end Volkswagen Transporter – complete with alloy wheels and blacked-out windows.

The motor is visible in a recent video on Phil’s Instagram profile that shows him encouraging two young boys who offer to wash his car.

In the wholesome clip, the school boys leave the luxury motor sparkling – and Phil rewards them with a very generous tip.

Tre Lowe

Garage music star Tre is well-known as a member of the iconic garage group, The Architechs.

He’s worked as a DJ and record producer and as a personal trainer, while also being a wellness entrepreneur.

His ventures have clearly been successful, with Tre showing off a stylish Mercedes in a recent snap – complete with a personalised number plate that must be worth thousands.

Virdi Singh Mazaria

Like Tre, Virdi is a DJ and music producer – having had a hand in a major Punjabi music release.

Revealing his secret links to the music business, Virdi said: “One of my most notable business achievements was having the privilege to produce a track for Sidhu Moose Wala, a prominent figure in the Punjabi music scene.

“This accomplishment is paralleled by another significant success in my career – to DJ worldwide from the age of 18.

“Today, I take pride in having showcased my DJ skills in seven countries.”

Clearly he’s done well for himself, flashing a brand new Tesla Model Y – with even the most basic versions of the classy EV fetching £50,000.

The Apprentice returns on February 1 on BBC One.
