But preparations have been put on ice after PSG’s luxury new training ground was left covered in swathes of frost and snow.

Europe has been hit by freezing weather coming in from the north.

And an incredible picture on social media showed the Campus PSG looking completely white following fresh snowfall.

The £300million facility took four years to build.

And PSG only moved into it this year after leaving the Camp des Loges – their home since 1970.

The conditions on Thursday certainly appeared too extreme to train in.

But having won two titles and a Champions League at Barcelona, PSG boss Luis Enrique is sure to have found a way around the issue.

It wasn’t just PSG’s training ground that was hit by snow.

Their Parc des Princes stadium was also left glittering in ice today.

The 48,000-seater looked magnificent in the cold glare of the winter sun.

But luckily for PSG, their next match at home isn’t until the end of the month.

And that will give the Parc des Princes plenty of time to defrost, with warmer air set to hit Europe in the coming days.
