WWE superstar CM Punk claims World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins hates him because of their similarities.
Punk shocked the world of professional wrestling when he returned to Vince McMahon’s promotion at Survivor Series in November after nine years of animosity that kicked off after his stormy departure.

The Best in the World showed up after the main-event bout that included Rollins competing in a WarGames Match and stood at the entrance ramp in front of an ecstatic crowd.
But The Visionary wasn’t at all happy to see the six-time world champion back and was seen delivering an X-rated rant towards him while referees and commentators tried to hold him back.
The American grappler, who previously described Punk as a “cancer”, confronted his nemesis soon after on RAW to strongly hint at a title match between them at WrestleMania 40 in April.
And The Straightedge Superstar claims Rollins’ disdain originates from the fact they are very much the same.
They both started from the bottom during their humble years at the independent circuit before moving to Ring of Honor and then WWE.
However, despite their common background it still seems like The Voice of the Voiceless is loved more than Rollins by the fans.
CM Punk told WWE backstage interviewer Jackie Redmond for the NHL’s YouTube channel: “Because I have been everywhere he has been, and he hasn’t been everywhere I’ve been.
“We’re probably too similar, [that’s] honestly the biggest thing that I can think of.
“We’re very similar, but the difference is, I can talk about my career and not have to mention him, but he cannot talk about his career without mentioning me.
“I understand where he’s coming from. I think he’s always felt like he’s the little brother.
“I’ve never tried to treat him that way, I always tried to treat him like a peer, but some people you can’t reach.”
