A TV doctor has revealed a hack to make sure you drink more water on his new show – and it’ll also stop you overeating.
Dr Michael Mosley said there are lots of ways to “jazz” up Adam’s ale after surveys revealed the average Brit doesn’t like the taste of tap water.

Speaking on Secrets of Your Big Shop, Dr Mosley said: “Fresh citrus fruits like lemon or lime will give it a tangy punch.
“Frozen berries cool it down and add natural sweeteners. Slices of fresh cucumber and mint will make you think you’re chilling at a posh spa.
“Or just pop in your favourite herbal tea bag, leave to steep and sip away.”
The NHS recommends drinking six to eight glasses of water every day – that’s around 1.2 litres.
Dr Mosley added that water is good for all sorts of things including aiding weight loss.
“Drinking water with your meal can reduce how much you eat and even increase the number of calories you burn.
“Studies also show it boosts energy levels and concentration. And it’s free!”
Millions of Brits are consuming less water than the recommended daily allowance — with one in 10 admitting they never drink it.
Research into the drinking habits of the UK found the average adult drinks around one litre of water each day.
The study of 2,000 Brits found exactly half have no idea how much water they should be taking on.
And of those who understand how much they need, 39 per cent confess they only have the recommended daily allowance of water “once in a blue moon”.
It comes after Dr Mosley claimed a so-called “superfood” can help boost your sex drive and even slash your heart attack risk.
He also said singing for five minutes a day can give your brain a “natural high” similar to a cannabis hit.
