I bought a tiny caravan with mini bed, stove & sink… I can’t stand up inside but I’ve spent more days in it than at home

A WOMAN has shown off her tiny caravan that she’s spent “more days away in than at home” this year.

The micro touring caravan, which is a 2017 Going Go Pod Plus, is just over four metres in length and weighs 580kg – but despite its size is packed full of appliances.

YouTuber Roseanna Sunley, who travels across the UK and works remotely in her mini camper, says she bought the caravan “in a private sale at the beginning of 2023” and often stays in it with her little dog Winston.

In a thorough tour, Roseanna shows off the numerous appliances inside – including a mini stove, sink and dining area, that can be folded down into a bedroom.

It even comes with a toilet that’s supposed to slide in and out of the caravan on little hinges, but Roseanna says she “doesn’t like the toilet being inside the Pod”, so it’s kept outside in a small tent.

The caravan also boasts electric and heating controls, USB plugs, a small chest fridge for keeping food, storage cupboards, lights and a pop-top with solar panels.

The the top down, Roseanna says she struggles to stand up inside the caravan.

She said: “When the pop top is down I can’t actually stand up properly.

“I’m five foot seven and I have to hunch over a little bit, but it’s really easy to put up.”

While it may be small, the caravan is perfect for Roseanne and her dog.

She said: “Since I got it, me and my dog have spent more days away in it than we have done at home.

“It’s really easy for me because I can work and travel, in fact I’m recording this video while sat inside my pod!”

In stark contrast, this comes after the world’s most futuristic motorhome was revealed, which even has its own full-size garage along with massage chairs and interior styled by a yach designer.

The stunning vehicle, manufactured by Hungarian firm Dembell, is like something from a Hollywood movie.

Elsewhere, one man with a van has shown how he can quickly turn his work vehicle into a campervan and get out exploring the world.

The motorist revealed in a TikTok video how he can convert his work van into a camper in just 10 minutes thanks to £20 Ikea find.
