In a useful video shared on TikTok by @Jetsetting_skates, the crew member said: “Here’s a flight attendant hack, if you guys like milk, or any type of condiments – get a breastmilk bag and put your liquids in there, they do not spill.”
She demonstrated by filling up one pouch with oat milk, sealing it by hand and tipping it upside down to reveal not a drop was lost.
Packs of 50 breastmilk bags can be found on Amazon for only £5.99, which means they cost just 0.12p each.
