Matthew Perry’s cause of death has been revealed.
According to a report from the County of Los Angeles Medical Examiner, Perry – who was found unresponsive at his Los Angeles home on October 28 local time – died due to “the acute affects of ketamine”.
“Contributing factors in Mr. Perry’s death include drowning, coronary artery disease and the effects of buprenorphine (used to treat opioid use disorder),” part of the report reads.
“The manner of death is accident.”
