While recording the video, the man filming can’t stop laughing at the scene.

It is unknown if the warden was injured after the incident.

The video has gone viral on social media with more than 55,500 likes and 1925 comments.

And TikTok users have not shown any sympathy for the warden in the comments.

One said: “Give the truck a ticket. It’s causing an obstruction.”

Another said: “For some reason, I am happy to see this.”

Other users think the reason why the tow truck overturned was that the Mercedes is too heavy.

One said: “Can’t believe the Mercedes is heavier than the tow truck.”

Another said: “Wow, what’s in the Mercedes’ boot.”

Vehicles can be impounded when they are causing an obstruction or are a potential risk to other road users.

Local authorities or the police can impound cars if they are illegally parked, such as on double yellow lines.

To recover an impounded vehicle, you’ll normally have to provide documentation to demonstrate that you are the owner of the car.

Typically, motorbike and moped owners will have to pay a £150 removal charge and £10 per day storage

However, cars and light van owners usually have to pay £150 and £20 per day for storage.
