“Our babes are forever supported by Tim’s and my love for them. And our friendship together is a source of strength for our family always, as we raise our children as best friends.”

“A beautiful family always. Love you Mon. A new chapter ahead in this marvelously complicated thing called life!!!,” one follower commented underneath.

On their 11th wedding anniversary in December 2020, Tim shared a post dedicated to his wife as they spent a day at the beach with their family.
“Just hanging out, all natural on the beach. Oh, and 11 years married to this salty beach babe. Love ya @moniquepickles as do these three knuckleheads. X,” he wrote.
Tim met Monique in December 2001 – the same day Nova Perth launched, with Tim as the first voice to be broadcast on the station.

“Makes every other day look really boring, now,” he once told 9Honey in a candid chat.
Monique was working in station’s street team at the time, and spotted Tim – who’d recently moved across the country for his new role – from inside a sound booth.
“I saw him and I thought, ‘That guy’s really cute,’ but I couldn’t hear anything… I was like, ‘Mental note: I’ll ask who that is later,'” she recalled during the chat in 2020.
After six years of dating, Tim decided to ask Monique to marry him during their holiday to Greece.
He added at the time, “We have been together so long, and without being clichéd, it is still great.
“And now we’ve had children, all the things that should be throwing difficulties our way, I think make us stronger… I love watching [Monique] be a mum.”
